Qualifications Master’s degree required with an emphasis in ABA Licensed BCBA Professional in California 2+ years experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health diagnoses across various settings NADD – Clinical Certification (Preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Description We are seeking a BCBA to join our program in West Covina, CA . The role works under the direction of a Psychologist with a team of experienced BCBAs. This is an opportunity for an experienced BCBA seeking career growth and continued training. The caseload is small, with community‑based travel and the ability to develop clinical skills. Responsibilities Observe and interact with clients and staff to provide behavior analysis insights and recommendations to the BCBA and administrative teams, following up regularly. Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) by observing participants in various settings and utilizing data to develop individualized behavior support plans. Collect and analyze behavior data via progress notes, synthesizing into reports using Power BI, monitoring outcomes to reduce incidents and prevent re‑hospitalization. Collaborate with teams to refine strategies for effective care. Compensation Hourly rate $47.12 – $49.04 (approximately $98,000 – $102,000 annually), plus mileage reimbursement.
