Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients and families, ensuring a welcoming and positive front office experience Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims, authorizations, and billing inquiries Collect co-pays, process payments, and maintain accurate patient account records Communicate treatment plans and financial options clearly to parents and guardians Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office Respond to phone, email, and portal inquiries in a timely and professional manner Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a dental front office setting preferred Familiarity with dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Proficiency with dental practice management software (CareStack, OpenDental preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor at all times High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or healthcare certification a plus About Us: Westfield Pediatric Dental Group has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental care for children and adolescents in the Westfield, NJ community.
