You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Position Summary The primary role of the Physician Liaison is to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. Working with Institutes, Departments, Strategic Development, Marketing, and Regional/Network leadership, the objective is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services as identified through the organization’s strategic growth and business plans. This individual positively represents the hospital, clinical service lines, and medical staff to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen referral source relationships that contribute to the organization’s reputation and market position. Education Requires a Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience, preferably in marketing, communications, business, and/or public health. Work Experience Requires a minimum of five years related experience with a minimum of three years of outside, field sales experience, preferably in health care and/or physician/practice relationships. Required Licensure, Certification, and Other Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Motor vehicle for regional travel – about 75% of the work week. Salary Range Hourly: $31.53 – $52.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
