This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.What’s In It For You: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers its employees through continuous improvementComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!What You Will Do: Perform audits of installation and pull reports to ensure accuracy of asset database and ERP recordsAudit physical and systematic flow of returned assetsIdentify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process to optimize inventoryMaintain date records of asset locations and deployment status; reconcile physical inventory with assets register; investigate, resolve, and address any inconsistencies with all interested partiesDevelop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organizationPartners with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset’s lifecycle.Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assetsMinimum Qualifications: 2 years of relevant finance experience.Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approachPassionate about driving quality within a project organizationExcellent Microsoft Office Suite skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of dataRead, write, and speak English fluentlyWork in an unsupervised environmentUse a computer to communicate, create, and access informationImmigration sponsorship not offered for this positionExcellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapportDemonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skillsHigh level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctualWork in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
