The position plays a critical role in skill instruction, practice organizaton, game preparation, and fostering a culture of discipline, sportsmanship and accoutabilty. The Assistant Coach is expected to serve as a positive role model and uphold the values and standards of Lexington Senior High School. Qualifications Previous playing or coaching experience at the High School or Collegiate level. Strong Knowledge of Football Fundamentals, rules and strategies Ability to motivate and mentor high school students Preffered to have a teaching license or eligibilty of employment with the school district.
