High School Assistant Football Coach
The High School Assistant Football Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program, contributing to the development of the student-athletes on and off the field. The position plays a critical role in skill instruction, practice organization, game preparation, and fostering a culture of discipline, sportsmanship and accountability. The Assistant Coach is expected to serve as a positive role model and uphold the values and standards of Lexington Senior High School.
Qualifications
- Previous playing or coaching experience at the High School or Collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules and strategies
- Ability to motivate and mentor high school students
- Preferred to have a teaching license or eligibility of employment with the school district.
