Passenger Coach Electrical Panel & Piping Subsystems Builder Build what moves America

Pioneering in America, from the first mile to the last. This is what drives us. For over 160 years, Siemens has advanced U.S. infrastructure with electrification and transportation innovations. At our Lexington, NC passenger railcar facility, Siemens Mobility’s Rolling Stock Division—North America’s market leader—combines automation and digitalization to transform rail with safety, reliability, and sustainability.

Help us build the best rail vehicles in the world. In this role, you’ll assemble and install the electro-mechanical heart of passenger coaches—electrical panels, control racks, cable harnesses, roof units, mounted parts, air supply racks, and piping assemblies. You’ll interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, sketches, parts lists, and wire lists to route and terminate wiring, and you’ll expertly disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components when change is required. Precision matters: many tasks call for excellent dexterity and careful handling of small parts.
