Warehouse/Retail Maintenance Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Storage/Retail Maintenance Foreman who is bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee daily operations across our warehouse and retail properties. This position supervises a team of approximately 6–15 employees and ensures that maintenance, operational, and facility-related tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Travel is generally not required, except occasionally to other company properties currently under development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and operational activities within warehouse and retail environments
• Lead and support a team, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards
• Monitor employee performance, provide direction, and assist with training when needed
• Oversee inventory, supplies, equipment, and stock handling procedures
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep
• Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth operations
• Assist with troubleshooting operational and maintenance-related issues as they arise

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, retail, property maintenance, or facilities operations
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of general building maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is a must.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
