Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential residential and commercial clients via telephone and email to introduce our comprehensive roofing services.
• Clearly and professionally articulate the company's value proposition, including our free inspections, estimates, and 5-year workmanship guarantee.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a suitable fit for our services.
• Successfully schedule appointments and consultations for our sales and assessment specialists.
• Maintain a detailed and organised record of all client interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
• Uphold the company's high standards of professionalism and customer service in all communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls.
• A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a resilient and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
