Director of Strategic Dissemination

To enhance strategic communication across a large-scale enterprise, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Dissemination will manage the dissemination of strategy, develop executive-level deliverables, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective messaging and insights integration. Key responsibilities Develop and implement innovative strategies for disseminating and translating organizational goals using modern approaches and technologies Collaborate with leadership to create engaging insights deliverables and support the development of strategic content for executive presentations Partner with internal teams to integrate strategic messaging into organizational communications and ensure alignment across the enterprise Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations Understanding of enterprise strategy formulation and strategic planning frameworks Proven ability to translate complex strategies into clear and actionable messages for diverse audiences
