Position Overview:

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical role in supporting TOCA's financial planning, strategic decision-making, and growth initiatives across both TOCA Soccer and TOCA Social. This role leads financial modeling, forecasting, investment analysis, and executive reporting while partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to support financing activities, operational planning, acquisitions, and long-term growth strategy. Operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, this role helps translate complex business data into actionable insights that drive performance, scalability, and informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and enjoys combining analytical rigor with strategic problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building complex and dynamic financial models
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, financing activities, or strategic investment analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights and executive-level presentations
• Strong business acumen and ability to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership teams
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
• Experience with multi-location, consumer, hospitality, sports, or growth-stage businesses preferred
