Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Trauma and rapid response experience preferred. Pediatric and adolescent experience preferred. Experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Trilogy, and LTV1250 preferred.

Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient population. Level 4 NICU, Level I trauma, Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and PICU.

Shift & Scheduling: No on-call required. Every other weekend required. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
