In this role, you will lead sophisticated engineering efforts, collaborate across disciplines, and provide technical guidance that helps deliver safe, compliant, and forward-thinking gas solutions for our clients and communities.What You'll Do:Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for gas infrastructure projectsPlan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staffMonitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in critical gas systemsComplete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting reliable and cost-effective gas solutionsProvide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staffWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience requiredExperience with structural inspections, report writing, and developing cost proposals for structural work preferredProven ability to develop structural solutions to unique utility attachment issues preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license required; NBIS certificate is a plusAdvanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead challenging gas infrastructure projects that support reliable energy delivery and community safetyMentor and inspire junior engineers contributing to the development of resilient gas systemsCollaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible, supportive work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Gas Team is doing? Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
