As a Lead Teacher, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, using our fun and engaging characters to make learning enjoyable. Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements through mobile apps and discussions. Do You: Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children? Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)? Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
