About the Position

An established healthcare system in Central Illinois is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Hospitalist team at a regional medical center in the Champaign-Urbana area . This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality care to observation and inpatient populations.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Hospitalist physicians
• Care for both observation and inpatient hospital patients
• 12-hour shifts, primarily day/evening (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block
• 3 holidays per year
• Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Master's degree in Nursing (Acute Care NP or Family NP required)
• Minimum 2 years of Hospitalist NP experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $60.72 - $78.94 per hour
• Final offer based on experience, qualifications, training, and schedule
