Our programs focus on skill development, community engagement, and person-centered support for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. Job Description Natural Support Services is seeking a Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to oversee community-based services and ensure compliance with Medicaid and program standards. The Program Manager supervises direct support staff, monitors service delivery, and ensures that services follow each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP). Responsibilities include staff supervision, documentation review, program oversight, and coordination with clinicians, care coordinators, and families to ensure high-quality services. Requirements Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements Experience working with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health populations Strong documentation and compliance skills Ability to coordinate services across multiple programs Leadership role in a growing community-based agency Opportunity to shape program development #J-18808-Ljbffr
