Location Denver, Colorado Hours 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; other hours as needed. This key sales and service role generates new business and strengthens household relationships by selling the benefits of CoreFirst products and services to prospective and existing customers. Performs outbound sales calls and other business‑generating activities. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Illustrate and sell the benefits of CoreFirst products and services to prospective and current customers to generate new business and strengthen existing household relationships. Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel. Assist existing bank customers with their financial needs, from start to finish whenever possible, by listening and asking appropriate questions; answer customer questions, perform account maintenance, investigate and correct errors, inform customers of bank processes and procedures. Perform additional work necessary to achieve branch sales goals. Support operational functionality of the branch by opening and/or closing the branch, balancing the vault, assisting with completion of internal records and audit logs, administering safe deposit box needs, performing teller duties as required. Carry out other administrative functions as needed. Respond to and appropriately resolve external customer escalations regarding bank sales and services. Compile sales and service reporting to report achievements toward goals. Compile information and enter data into software programs or spreadsheets accurately and according to processes and procedures. Work may change at any time with or without notice. Experience Requires one year of customer service experience, including cash handling. One year of banking experience strongly preferred. Six months of sales experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college. Preferred Skills & Abilities Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential. Work involves personal contact to give or obtain information, influence others with ideas, build relationships, or solicit cooperation. Ability to relate to and empathize with different personalities, resolution‑oriented, solutions‑oriented.
