As a Relationship Business Banking Specialist within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Greenwood Village, CO, at the Tech Center branch. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities with Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Proactively generate leads and schedule appointments both inside and outside of the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage lead pipelines and generate referrals, leveraging experience and knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet. Identify and engage ecosystem partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, and act as a point of contact for clients and partners. Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Provide advanced conversational skills to differentiate the client experience and advocate for clients across product, support, operations or other departments. Work with branch and business banker teams to identify opportunities and create referrals for consumer and business clients. Engage customers in lobby activities to connect with them and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in daily branch operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Competencies: Banking Products, Business Acumen, Customer Experience Management, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Prospecting, Selling, Understanding Customer Needs. Experience: University/college degree with Education: Bachelor’s degree. No required certification or license. Additional Requirements: Willingness to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state. Background check subject to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
