Description

• Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families for a unified approach to care.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their families to maintain progress outside the clinic environment.
• Assist with inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring that every aspect of the treatment journey is seamless.
• Maintain timely and precise documentation in compliance with state, federal, and institutional standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
