Position Notes:

Looking to fill 2 contract-only roles with individuals who are fast learners, curious, and intuitive (like to ask questions). Manager is looking for someone who has experience with documentation and data entry. This role will be fully onsite during the inital training period and will transition to a hybrid (3 days onsite) schedule once training concludes. Tuesday will be a required day onsite, however, the other two days can be flexible. Work scheudle will be 8:00am-4:45pm during training but can allow for more flexibility once training is complete.

Overview:

As part of the Affinity Solutions Client Operations Admin and documents team, the Business Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting end‑to‑end client implementations across credit insurance and property and casualty products. The individual in this position ensures accurate system and document setup and effective coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast‑paced and regulated environment, and can balance technical system work to set up accounts, along with document editing and proofing.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide quality assurance for new client set up, including systems, testing, and administration of credit insurance and property and casualty product programs
• Ensure premium remittance and claims systems are set up accurately with appropriate policy numbers.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, distribution partners, third‑party vendors, and internal associates regarding system and set-up questions.
• Partner with sales, underwriting, and implementation teams to ensure program details are complete and accurate prior to system setup
• Produce client output to ensure quality and timely delivery of product-related documents.
• Communicate with external forms vendors to ensure accurate reproduction, programming, and testing of documents.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills to effectively interact with various internal teams, distributors and venders on the progress of their work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detailed knowledge of insurance products and administrative functions.
• Experience working in or knowledge of financial institution operations.
• Experience utilizing specialized document creation software such as Liquid Office.
