A Popeyes Shift Manager ensures all Team Members during a shift exemplify Popeyes famous Cajun Hospitality while serving Guests and creating a memorable experience while upholding Popeyes’ Brand Standards. Shift Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in making sure all food is freshly prepared and cooked to perfection for every Guest. The Shift Manager ensures Team Members deliver food to guests that is cooked to perfection, made with love, and served up with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality. Shift Managers enjoy creating a collaborative spirit within the restaurant – they are energized by the opportunity to learn and grow. What You’ll Do As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader during your shift, keeping operations smooth, team morale high, and guests coming back for more.
