Registered Nurse – Step Down / Oncology (ENT / Colorectal / Urology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Days and Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a surgical oncology setting, including ENT, colorectal, and urology surgical patients
• Manage care for step-down level patients as needed within the unit
• Monitor and maintain tracheostomies and other post-surgical airway management needs
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4–1:5 on day shifts and 1:6 on night shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience caring for surgical oncology patients
• Demonstrated experience with tracheostomy care and management
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a step-down or intermediate care unit
• Familiarity with ENT, colorectal, or urology surgical patient populations
