Accounting Manager Indianapolis, IN (North Side) | On-Site About the Opportunity We're partnering with a growing construction services company seeking an ambitious, hands-on Accounting Manager who wants to do more than simply manage the books. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the entire accounting function, rolling up their sleeves when needed, improving processes, implementing technology, and helping build the financial infrastructure of a growing business. The Accounting Manager will work directly with ownership and leadership to support the company's next phase of growth. As the organization continues to expand, this individual will have the opportunity to help shape the future Accounting & Finance department and position themselves for advancement into a Controller or CFO-level leadership role.
