Strategic Customer Quality Leader

Poclain Hydraulics designs and manufactures innovative hydraulic systems used around the world. Our success depends on strong partnerships with leading OEM customers, and we're looking for a strategic quality leader who can protect those relationships while driving operational excellence. Overview This is much more than a traditional Quality role. As our Strategic Customer Quality Leader, you'll serve as the primary customer-facing quality representative for North America, managing executive-level customer relationships, leading critical issue resolution, protecting the business from unnecessary financial exposure, and ensuring our organization delivers on its commitments. What You'll Do Lead executive-level customer quality relationships Manage major customer escalations and field issues Negotiate warranty, claims, and liability matters Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Legal Drive alignment across multiple functions to meet customer commitments Develop strategies that strengthen customer confidence while protecting company interests Anticipate risks before they become customer issues Build long‑term partnerships with key OEM customers What You'll Bring 15+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or customer-facing manufacturing roles Experience supporting major OEM customers Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Executive presence and exceptional communication abilities Proven success leading cross‑functional teams during high‑pressure situations Ability to make sound business decisions balancing quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance Why Join Poclain?
