Strategic Customer Quality Leader — Executive Partnerships

Poclain Hydraulics seeks a Strategic Customer Quality Leader to be the primary NA customer-facing quality representative, managing executive relationships, resolving critical issues, and protecting the business from financial exposure while ensuring commitments are met. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Legal to align on risk, warranty, and liability strategies, build long-term OEM partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr Poclain
