Client Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Manages a dedicated book of business consisting primarily of lower‑complexity clients, delivering standardized service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primary client contact, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to: Manages a dedicated Book of Business: small-to-medium volume book of primary low-complexity clients (e.g., fully insured, standard plans) with moderate service intensity and standardized service models. Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle. Manages Salesforce – with ownership of workflow, tracking, and data quality for assigned BOB. Provides support on and develops in all areas of the client life cycle. Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients. Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams. May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members. QUALIFICATIONS:
