Position Objective:Chick-fil-A is seeking a leaders who has the capacity to own and oversee all facets of the Restaurant. The ultimate goal for these persons is to be an active member of the Restaurant and play a key role in growing the business and developing a team of 50+.
Applicants must be able to:
- Smile.
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact.
- Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant.
- Ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Work Quickly and Efficiently.
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness.
- Maintain Proper Quality.
- Be accountable and present for every shift.
Shifts:
- Open and/or close.
- 8 Hours shift.
- Sunday's OFF.
