Location: Centennial, CO
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Assistant Controller for a high-growth manufacturing organization in Centennial, CO. This is a strategic accounting leadership role reporting directly to the Controller and partnering closely with company leadership to improve financial operations, reporting accuracy and organizational performance. Job Highlights:
- Lead month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable, reconciliations and cash flow activities
- Assist with financial reporting and internal controls
- Drive ERP optimization and accounting process improvements
- Develop KPIs and support cost accounting analysis
- Lead and develop accounting team members
- Serve as a key business partner to leadership
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience
- 3+ years of accounting leadership/supervisory experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience highly preferred
- Strong ERP system experience (Syteline, IQMS, SAP or Sage preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven history of driving process improvements and results
