Shop Technician I

Revenue Operations Senior ManagerAs Cambium's Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you'll be the single owner of the systems, process, and data that connect our entire go to market motion across sales, marketing, and finance. This role consolidates HubSpot, forecasting, pipeline, and attribution under a single owner, ahead of next fundraise and the acquisition work that follows it, as we bring acquired sales teams onto one system. You'll own HubSpot end to end, build the funnel reporting that runs from first marketing touch to closed revenue, design the demand to deal handoff between marketing and sales, partner with finance on quota, comp, and the linkage between pipeline and the company forecast, and give the executive team one set of revenue numbers to run weekly pipeline, forecast, and board reporting from. This role builds the function from the ground up. No playbook exists yet. You will write it.Shop Technician IAs Shop Technician I, you'll be a key part of daily operations at our East Coast manufacturing facility. This role requires confidence working with woodshop tools and millwork equipment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, speed, and consistency. You'll be hands-on across every step of the production process. From drying and milling final fabrication, you'll be part of a tight-knit team focused on delivering high-quality, Carbon Smart Wood™ products.What You'll Do HereOperate woodshop tools and millwork equipment such as table saws, planers, sanders, gang rips, and jointers to process raw boards into finished goods.Support the Senior Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations, order fulfillment, fabrication, and inventory movement.Load and unload lumber, organize materials, and stage inventory to keep production flowing efficiently.Package, label, and prepare finished orders for shipping, ensuring all items meet quality standards.Follow safety protocols, daily task lists, and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free shop.Assist with R&D and prototyping tasks by fabricating product samples or components based on provided specs or mockups.Contribute to a team culture that values hustle, consistency, and accountability.Your Skill Sets and Capabilities IncludeExperience with shop tools and industrial equipment, and comfortable in a woodshop or factory environment.Experience in woodworking or construction.Forklift Certification preferredDOT Certification preferredPrioritize safety and follow protocols consistently.Move with urgency and stay focused in high-output environments.Produce high-quality work and spot issues before they become problems.Follow through on tasks, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing your part well.Reliable teammate who contributes to shop rhythm and morale—no ego, just good work.Detail-oriented when handling one-off or custom builds, and able to follow prototyping instructions precisely.The DetailsThis role will report to: Michael Sheets, Sr Shop ManagerSalary Range: $55-65k or commensurate with experienceWhen: ImmediatelyWhere: Baltimore, MD, Columbia, MDBenefits and PerksEquity options packageFlexible PTO401k matchingComprehensive medical, dental & vision insuranceWork with an incredibly smart, diverse, climate mission-driven teamAn opportunity to play a core role in defining our fast-growing companyVolunteer tree planting daysCambium is committed to building an inclusive organization that reflects the diverse communities our team works to serve.
