\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities \n
- Process customer invoices, vendor invoices, payments, and account adjustments \n
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections \n
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies \n
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records \n
- Support Positive Pay, 1099 reporting, and banking activities \n
- Assist with payroll backup, timesheet processing, and new hire reporting \n
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities \n
- Support accounting and operational projects as needed \n
⭐ What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 3–5 years of AR, AP, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience \n
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred \n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high transaction volumes \n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills \n
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems \n
