Remote Healthcare Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Analyst to support a large healthcare client. This individual will act as the go-to resource for business analysis activities, ensuring seamless documentation, communication, and collaboration across projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and capable of stepping in when leadership is unavailable, providing stability and reliability to the team.

Serve as the BA for documentation efforts, including maintaining requirements in Rally and preparing clear, comprehensive meeting notes.

Act as a trusted partner to leadership, capable of taking charge and ensuring continuity in project activities.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and provide timely updates.

Drive organization and accountability within the team by managing documentation, sending updates, and tracking deliverables.

Demonstrate flexibility to pivot and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success.

Communicate effectively and confidently, not afraid to speak up and advocate for clarity and progress.

(Preferred) Apply healthcare domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Experience with SQL

Excellent documentation and communication abilities; experience with Rally is a plus.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in dynamic environments.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
