Job Opportunity: Nurse Manager of Burn Services

Our organization in San Antonio is looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee our specialized burn unit. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, staffing, and monitoring quality metrics, all while providing evidence-based and compassionate care to both acute and reconstructive burn patients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the burn unit.
Ensure optimal patient flow and staffing levels.
Monitor and enhance quality metrics.
Supervise and mentor registered nurses and ancillary staff.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care among various healthcare professionals.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Drive initiatives for performance improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance.
