You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining high standards of service, managing inventory and ordering, and helping create a positive culture where both guests and staff feel valued. We're not looking for someone to simply manage shifts. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, inspires others, and genuinely cares about the success of the business.
