This includes writing engaging content and leveraging AI thoughtfully to create personalized and impactful learning experiences.* **Technology-Driven Execution:** Harness technology for speed and efficiency, using AI partners like JLL GPT and Claude to innovate and accelerate content creation and program management.* **Flawless Delivery:** Take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from organization and promotion to best-in-class facilitation and measurement. You are proficient in leveraging technology for efficiency, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia, Ingenious, MS Products, and various LMS systems.
