Job Description

• Perform detailed quality inspections on work-in-process and finished goods to verify compliance with all specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Evaluate product appearance and performance, and make decisions regarding acceptance or rejection based on compliance requirements.
• Conduct first piece inspections and interpret quality assurance provisions in accordance with contract requirements.
• Assist with maintaining accurate raw material and finished goods inventory counts.
• Use standard measuring tools such as tape measures, scales, micrometers, protractors, radius and fillet gauges, and go/no-go gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, inspection manuals, commercial parts catalogues, and military part specifications to guide inspection activities.
• 1st shift: Mon - Thurs, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in quality control and/or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, or in a manufacturing production role utilizing blueprints.
• Hands-on experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with standard measuring tools, including tape measures, scales, micrometers, protractors, radius and fillet gauges, and go-no-go gauges.
• Experience interpreting inspection manuals, commercial parts catalogues, and military part specifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Aston,PA.
