Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Canaan, Connecticut offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town New England living. Great Falls in Falls Village is about 10 miles away, and Housatonic Meadows State Park offers hiking, fishing, and river access within roughly 15 miles. The town is near the Berkshires in western Massachusetts, with ski areas such as Ski Butternut about 25 miles away and cultural destinations like Tanglewood within about 40 miles. Connecticut Route 44 runs through the area, and the Harlem Line stations in nearby New York towns such as Wassaic provide rail access toward New York City in about 2 hours.
