Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP EWM / TM Consultant to design, implement, configure, integrate, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to optimize warehouse and transportation processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP EWM and SAP TM solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements.
• Analyze warehouse management, transportation, logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, solution design, and functional specifications.
• Configure EWM processes including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, picking, packing, replenishment, putaway, physical inventory, and labor management.
• Configure TM processes including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, freight settlement, transportation execution, and charge calculation.
• Design and optimize integration between SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party logistics systems.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA embedded and decentralized EWM/TM environments.
• Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Configure and support warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, activity areas, work centers, warehouse orders, and warehouse processes.
• Configure transportation zones, lanes, transportation resources, freight units, freight orders, and transportation planning processes.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Support SAP integrations using IDocs, APIs, web services, middleware, and other integration technologies.
• Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, transportation optimization, inventory accuracy, and logistics visibility.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong experience in SAP EWM and/or SAP TM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and TM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and transportation business processes.
• Experience with SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP TM configuration and transportation planning processes.
• Experience integrating EWM/TM with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP logistics processes including MM, SD, inventory management, shipping, and distribution.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and embedded TM.
• Experience with decentralized EWM and TM architectures.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and web services.
• Experience with RF/mobile warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Advanced Shipping and Receiving.
• Experience with SAP Yard Management and Labor Management.
• Experience with freight settlement, charge management, and carrier collaboration.
• SAP EWM or TM certification is preferred.
• Experience working in global SAP transformation or S/4HANA implementation programs.
