This role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate account service, managing renewals, processing policy transactions, and supporting strong client retention. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows established workflows, effectively manages competing priorities, and consistently delivers a high level of client service. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts. Respond promptly to client requests, process account changes, and assist with resolving service-related issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and consistent service. Address billing inquiries and assist with resolving billing-related issues. Manage the renewal process from initiation through completion while following established timelines and procedures. Prepare renewal documentation and review coverage information with clients as needed. Coordinate with internal team members on accounts requiring additional market review. Prepare proposals, coverage comparisons, and recommendations as appropriate. Process endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and other account-related transactions. Review policies and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and complete account documentation within AMS360. Manage a high-volume workload while meeting established service standards and deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized account records and workflows. Collaborate with account management support staff to delegate tasks and promote workflow efficiency. Escalate complex account or service issues to appropriate leadership when necessary. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support client needs. Contribute to client retention, service quality, processing accuracy, and overall team performance. Qualifications / Requirements 2–5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, preferably supporting small commercial accounts. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within established processes and standardized workflows. Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management software preferred. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
