What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of business customers Connect with customers regularly to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities (talk to dozens of decision-makers each week) Introduce new products and solutions that add value to their business Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a great customer experience Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools to stay organized and drive results You'll have meaningful conversations with customers every day, learning how to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and grow revenue through thoughtful, proactive outreach.
