Customer Account Manager (Hybrid)

Position: Customer Account Manager (CAM) – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) – Troy, OH Responsibilities Serve as the main transactional point of contact with customers, managing day‑to‑day communications regarding purchase orders, inquiries, and expectations. Coordinate with Operations and Contracts Analyst to align customer and organizational expectations. Solve client issues as required, building meaningful relationships. Own escalated issues, investigate, and follow through to resolution, continually improving the customer experience. Handle all customer requests professionally and timely. Collect and consolidate information on customer interactions and transactions for process improvement. Maintain continuous feedback to the customer on quote and order status (backlog reports, portal updates, reschedule notices, verbal and written communication). Qualifications University degree (or advanced degree) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and assistance. Experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated composure and decisiveness in a fast‑paced environment.
