Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster integrated care approaches.

Educate patients and families, promoting continuous progress beyond the clinical environment.

Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a unified approach to patient care throughout their healing journey.

Uphold meticulous documentation practices in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.

Engage in continuous education and peer interactions to remain at the forefront of the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified is required.

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed within 30 days of hiring.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for varying ages, with deep knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor therapy techniques for diverse cultures and linguistic backgrounds.

Solid clinical judgment and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proficient in electronic medical records and best documentation practices.
