Duties & Responsibilities Predictsfuture risks and helpsbusinesscreatepolicyto minimizecost. Determinesfuture risk, makes price decisions, and formulates investment strategies. Designs insurance, financial, pension plans and ensures that those plansmaintainedon a sound financial basis. Assembles andanalyzesdata to estimateprobabilitiesof an event taking place. Usesestimations to develop, test, and administer policies. Explainsresults andmakesrecommendations to the executives. Required Skills Performswork with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues.Possessesexpert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group. May act as lead or first-level supervisor.
