Role Overview At Restore Hyper Wellness, you are trained to become a "Restore Expert", you'll be the face of the studio-creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients' wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment. Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals. Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines. Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets. Client Relations & Operations Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation. Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries. Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities. Studio Leadership & Flow Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
