Position Summary Senior Admissions Registrar – main Emergency Department. Responsible for greeting patients cordially, registering patients accurately and efficiently, performing initial financial screening and counseling, obtaining signatures, informing patients of hospital admission and financial responsibilities, and collecting payment at the time of service. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Job Information Full‑time position. Schedule: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with one day off during the week and a 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. shift every other weekend. Year of registration experience required: 1 year. EMR knowledge and medical coding experience required. Prior registration experience required. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Medical terminology required. Attention to detail and time management. Accurate data entry required.
