Assistant Team Leader

KW Vermont is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Assistant Team Leader to help attract, develop, and retain talented real estate professionals across Vermont. The primary focus of this role is attracting both new and experienced agents to a firm known for industry-leading training, coaching, technology, collaboration, and proven business models. You will: Build relationships with prospective agents Conduct career conversations Communicate the KW Vermont value proposition Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline Support new agents as they become connected and productive Represent KW Vermont at industry and community events We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, organized, goal-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed. Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required. A Vermont real estate license is helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong leadership potential, communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships.
