Customer Service Representative

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians Learn the Plumbing/ HVAC/ Restoration business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative Telemarketing / Call Center / High Volume experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs. Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
