Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Ads Manager with deep expertise in managing multiple campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop and execute performance-driven Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns specifically tailored for audiences across all our brands.
Manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages for the best performance and highest ROAS.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and capture new opportunities on Google, Meta and Bing platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns and achieve business goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, and clients to align Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing strategies with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
Implement advanced targeting and remarketing strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates across platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and overall performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads policies, while adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns with varied budgets.
Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads, particularly for iGaming or online gaming brands.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Agency experience is preferred
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze campaign performance and track conversions.
Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
