Responsibilities: ADL Support: Apply your CNA training to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene with skill and compassion. Mobility & Transfers: Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper technique. Medication Reminders: Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules and routines. Nutrition & Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs; monitor hydration and nutritional intake.
