Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float PT - MC Address: St. Michael, MN Job Description Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Keep an organized, well stocked, clean clinic at all times. Education/Licenses Needed Current, active, and unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the state of practice. Certification in BLS with expiration date at least 30 days past the start date. High School Diploma or GED required. Job Logistics Critical Information Must float within a 40-mile radius. Work Monday and Friday from 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM. Orientation available Monday, Thursday, and Friday for the first 3 weeks. This is a full-time position, requiring some weekends and major holidays.
