Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct clinical support to providers by assisting with patient assessments, preparing patients for visits, administering medications, injections, and immunizations, performing specimen collection, coordinating patient care, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additional responsibilities may include patient education, prescription refill support, laboratory testing, care coordination, and assisting with daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Schedule - Full-Time - Day Shift | Monday–Friday

• Shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 80 hours per pay period
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation

• $24.50 – $32.77/hour
• Pay based on years of experience
